Refund and Return Policy

At Grit & Grace Gardens and Design, we take great pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants to our customers. While we ensure that all plants are thoroughly inspected and well-cared for before leaving our nursery, we unfortunately cannot guarantee their health once they leave our care.

No Refunds or Replacements for Plants:

Once a plant has been purchased and leaves our nursery, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or provide replacements. Due to the nature of live plants, factors such as handling, shipping, and environmental conditions beyond our control can affect their health after they leave our facility. We recommend that all customers inspect plants upon purchase and ensure proper care according to the specific needs of each species.

Refunds for Unfulfilled Pre-Orders:

If you place a plant pre-order and we are unable to fulfill it for any reason, a full refund will be provided. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to complete your order.
