What's Included:

• Four (4) seasonal installations (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)
• One (1) July refresh visit (pruning, fertilizing, light maintenance)
• Removal of previous plant material
• Soil refresh and amendments as needed
• Custom design tailored to your style and location

Pricing Per Container: 

• Single Season Install: $110 per 12"-14" container, price increase for larger containers
• Full 4 Season Subscription Benefits: Save $10 per container!

When you sign up for the Annual Subscription, you get:

• ✓ FREE July refresh visit (pruning, fertilizing, maintenance)
• ✓ Priority scheduling – you're first on our calendar

• ✓ Best value – $800 vs. $880 if purchased separately

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) containers required
• Client provides containers (12"–14" or mixed sizes)
• Clear access to containers during installation
• Pets secured during service visits

Service Area:

Service within 30 miles of the farm is included. Locations beyond 30 miles will incur mileage at the current IRS rate. ($0.725/mile)

Payment Terms:

• Full payment due upon acceptance of custom quote
• Scheduling confirmed after payment received
  

Plant Performance:

Plants are living materials and performance may vary due to weather, irrigation, and environmental conditions. The July refresh includes light maintenance but does not guarantee plant replacement. Additional replacements may incur extra charges.

Grit & Grace Gardens & Design reserves the right to photograph completed planter designs and installations for use in marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.

Client privacy will always be respected. No personal identifying information (such as names, addresses, or house numbers) will be shared without permission.

If the Client prefers that their property not be photographed or used for marketing purposes, written notice must be provided prior to installation.
